ARCEP's Executive Board met this morning with the President and CEO of Bouygues, Martin Bouygues, and with Bouygues Telecom executives.
Discussions focused in particular on:
- the state of the mobile telephony market and mobile coverage;
- and on new entrants' SMS call termination - a market on which ARCEP recently announced it would be performing an analysis.
