The application procedure to assign the fourth 3G licence was launched on 1st August 2009.
Under this procedure, interested players were required to submit their applications to ARCEP by noon on 29th October 2009.
One application was submitted by this deadline, by Free mobile, a subsidiary fully owned by the Iliad group.
ARCEP will now examine the application as stipulated by the application procedure.
