J’alerte l’Arcep annual scorecard and customer satisfaction observatory

Arcep will present the annual scorecard of its pro-consumer action plan and its “J’alerte l’Arcep” reporting platform to members of the press.

Both online and in person

Launched in late 2017, this platform gives users – be they individuals, businesses, local authorities, operators, developers or newsagents – the ability to share problems they have encountered with their mobile operator, ISP, postal service provider or press distribution company. Arcep will also take the opportunity to publish an update of its customer satisfaction observatory.

The conference will be held both online and in person at 9.30 am on 11 May 2022.
