The call to tender procedure for awarding licences to use frequencies in the 3.4 – 3.8 GHz band, which was launched on 31 December 2019, allows any party planning on submitting a bid package to send Arcep requests for any additional information they deemed necessary, before 28 January 2020.
Today, Arcep is publishing these questions, along with its answers and additional details on the procedure that it was able to provide.
Arcep will conduct the allocation procedure and plans to award the frequency licences to the winning candidates by June 2020.
