As announced in the ARCEP press release of 29 October 2009, a single application, from the firm Free mobile, was submitted in response to the call for candidates for the award of the fourth 3G licence in France.
ARCEP has certified that the application submitted by the company Free mobile is admissible, in other words that it was filed before the deadline, contains all of the elements needed to examine it, and is written in French.
The Authority is thus in a position to undertake an in-depth assessment of this application, in accordance with the procedure stipulated in the call for submissions.
