 | Paris, 2 February 2011 A graduate of the École normale supérieure of Cachan with a degree in economics and management, Antoine Darodes de Tailly also holds a post-graduate degree in law (DEA). He joined the French Competition Authority in summer 2004 as a rapporteur, where one of his main areas of responsibility was advising on matters concerning the electronic communications sector. He then came to work for ARCEP on 1 October 2009 as a special advisor to the Director General. On 1 February 2011, Antoine Darodes de Tailly was appointed Director of Broadband/ultra-fast broadband market regulation and local authority relations.
