Olivier Delclos has been appointed Director of Arcep’s “Internet, press, postal affairs and users” department.
A graduate of Télécom Paris, Olivier Delclos began his career in 2005 as a telecommunications consultant at Greenwich Consulting. He joined Arcep in 2010, first as Deputy head of the “General authorisation, network security and numbering” unit, before becoming head of the “Operators and legal obligations unit” in 2015, then head of the “Press distribution” unit in 2020.
Since 2019, Olivier Delclos has been Deputy Director of Arcep’s “Internet, press, postal affairs and users” department.
His appointment as director of Arcep’s “Internet, press, postal affairs and users” department took effect on 1 January 2023. He is replacing Loïc Duflot who is now the head of the Ministry of the Economy, Finance, Industrial and Digital Sovereignty’s Digital economy department.
