ARCEP adopts a decision on La Poste regulatory accounting

ARCEP has adopted a decision on La Poste regulatory accounting, in accordance with the French Postal and electronic communications code (CPCE).

This adoption comes on the heels of the public consultation that ARCEP held from 17th January to 10th February 2012, to which La Poste and the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industry (General directorate for competition, industry and services) both responded.

This decision also brings ARCEP’s short-term work to a close, by providing details on the accounting information that La Poste will be required to produce for 2011 onwards.

The second part of the public consultation, which concerns the work that ARCEP will be performing in the medium-term, is ongoing and will run until 2nd March 2012.
