Sébastien Soriano, Arcep chairman , will be, on 22 and 23 February, at the Mobile World Congress 2016, the global mobile market and conference held every year in Barcelona. He will participate to major conferences on IoT and will present the Business France's award in telecom Innovation to the startup E -Blink.
