ARCEP notifies the European Commission and fellow NRAs in the European Union on its draft decision on mobile call termination regulation for Free Mobile, Lycamobile and Oméa Telecom.

Following the consultations that have been conducted in France since September 2011, on Tuesday, 13 March 2012, ARCEP notified the European Commission and national regulatory authorities in European Union Member States of its draft decision on mobile call termination regulation that applies to the country's fourth mobile network operator, Free Mobile, and to Lycamobile and Oméa Telecom, the first full MVNOs to do business in France.

The European Commission and fellow NRAs from European Union have one month to comment on this draft decision.
