Arcep publishes Decision No. 2016-0292 on La Poste regulatory accounts filings, in accordance with Article L. 5-2, Para. 6 of the Postal and electronic communications code (CPCE)

Paris, 30 May 2016 Today, France's Electronic communications and postal regulatory authority, Arcep, is publishing Decision No. 2016-0292 whose purpose is to revise the format of La Poste regulatory accounts filings to:

- provide more detail on the different levels of urgency for subsidised print media;

- match non-attributable costs in "R1" and "R3" filings;

- facilitate a comparison of the assessments made by Arcep and by La Poste of the net cost to the latter of fulfilling its regional development mandate, by submitting the "R5" filing net of fiscal costs.

This decision will come into effect with the regulatory accounts for 2015
