As stated in the call for applications that was issued on 9 July by Emmanuel Macron and Axelle Lemaire, based on a proposal from ARCEP, today ARCEP is publishing the model that will be used as the template for future 700 MHz band frequency licences.
ARCEP remains at the disposal of future candidates to answer any queries they might have. As a reminder, 8 September 2015 is the deadline for submitting written questions to ARCEP. The candidates' applications must then be filed before 12 pm on 29 September 2015, Paris local time. The auction will be held before the end of this year.
