Carrying through on the work performed with fixed telephony carriers, devoted to the ongoing improvement of the fixed number portability process, and in keeping with the announcement made on 1st April, ARCEP is submitting a draft decision for public consultation which aims to specify the accounting, collection and cost-setting methods to be used for the supply of a fixed number portability service, as it had done for the mobile number portability process in its Decision No. 2008-0513 of 27 May 2008.
Responses to the consultation must be sent to the Authority by 30 September 2011, preferably by e-mail to the following address: portabilite(@)arcep.fr.
