In response to a request from the Competition authority from 16 June 2014, on 22 July ARCEP delivered its opinion on the acquisition of SFR by the Altice Group and its subsidiary, Numericable Group. This opinion is being transmitted to the Competition authority as part of the investigation into this takeover, as required by merger control regulation.
