ART has received three bids in response to its call for tender

On July 2nd, the French Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (ART) launched a call for tender for those wishing to obtain a licence to operate a national digital mobile radio network for business users. A maximum of two licences would be awarded. The deadline for applications was September 30th.

ART has received three bids, from:

. Aéroports de Paris, in association with the company Régiocom;

. Régie autonome des transports parisiens (R.A.T.P.);

. Régiocom (subsidiary of the Canadian group Télésystème International Wireless).

Art will now study the applications in depth before deciding upon the outcome of the selection procedure.
