Autorité de régulation des télécommunications (ART) asked that the Freshfields lawyer's firm conduct a study on the property of telephone and cable networks when located on private property.
This study suggests an analysis method to determine who owns the telephone or cable network (the operator, property owner or other) inside private property (apartment buildings containing several residential apartments, other types of buildings, lots, mixed housing developments, etc.).
Such a complex analysis applies civil law, public law, urban planning law and telecommunications law.
