On 17 December 2004, and for a period of seven weeks, Autorité de régulation des télécommunications (ART) submitted for public consultation its analysis of the wholesale access and call origination markets on public mobile networks.
ART has received 16 responses to the consultation, of which 14 contain a "public" part.
ART has published on its web site all the contributions, except for those parts covered by business secrets.
Today, ART submitted to the competition authority (Conseil de la concurrence) an updated version of its market analysis, which takes into account the contributions received. The market analysis is also available.
