Autorité de régulation des télécommunications (ART) has just received France Telecom's new reference offer for local loop access.
On several points, this document does not respect the terms of ART's decision no. 01-135 dated 8 February 2001 requesting that France Telecom modify its offer dated 22 November 2000.
France Telecom has appealed the decision on these points.
ART will rule on this appeal as quickly as possible and will examine in depth the contents of the new offer in light of its decision of 8 February.
