Bouygues Telecom, Free Mobile, Orange and SFR authorised to participate in the 700 MHz frequency auctions

Four companies, Bouygues Telecom, Free Mobile, Orange and SFR, filed an application with ARCEP to participate in the 700 MHz band frequency allocation process.

The Authority examined these applications to verify, first, that they were eligible and, second, that they satisfied the qualification criteria listed in the call for applications.

The examination process concluded that the applications from all four candidates were indeed eligible and satisfied the qualification criteria and that, as a result, all four companies are authorised to participate in the 700 MHz band frequency auctions.

These auctions will begin on Monday, 16 November 2015.
