In accordance with ARCEP Decisions nos. 2008-0896 (pdf - 2.21MB) and 2008-0835 (pdf - 516KB), made subsequent to performing analyses of the fixed telephony and unbundling markets, France Telecom is subject to an obligation to set cost-oriented prices for services that provide access to its copper local loop (unbundling), and for wholesale telephone service access and call origination offers. France Telecom is therefore responsible for creating and publishing technical offers and their corresponding tariffs.
The Authority has taken note of the decrease in tariffs for local loop access, wholesale telephone subscription and interconnection offers published on this day by France Telecom, and which are applicable as of 1 January 2009.
