France's Electronic communications and postal regulatory authority (ARCEP) and the General Council for Industry, Energy and Technologies, CGE (Conseil général de l'industrie, de l'énergie et des technologies) have published the findings of the 12th annual survey on the dissemination of information and communication technologies in France. The survey was conducted in June 2014 through face-to-face interviews with 2,220 people that constitute a representative sample of the French population, ages 12 and up.
