Under the terms of the constitution stage for 10 MHz (paired) blocks of spectrum in the 900 MHz band, Telco OI is required to pay €0 which corresponds to the quantity of spectrum obtained and the amount bid by the second ranking candidate that was not awarded any spectrum during this stage of the process.

In the first quarter of 2022, Arcep will propose one or several configurations for the band to the concerned operators and will consult with them to take their opinions under advisement. To this end, operators that already hold a licence to use frequencies in this band but were not awarded any spectrum during the present procedure will be included in this consultation.
