Frequency assignments in the 700 MHz, 900 MHz and 3.4 – 3.8 GHz bands in Martinique and in Guadeloupe:

Arcep answers potential candidates’ questions, providing additional details on the call to tender procedure


The call to tender for the assignment of frequencies in the 700 MHz, 900 MHz and 3.4 ‑ 3.8 GHz bands in Martinique and in Guadeloupe, which was issued on 8 May 2024, includes a stipulation that any stakeholders planning on submitting a tender dossier can ask Arcep for additional details on the procedure, before 25 June 2024.

Today, Arcep is publishing the questions it has received, along with the answers and additional details it was able to provide regarding the procedure.

Arcep will carry out the assignment procedure, and plans on awarding the frequency licences in Q4 2024.
