Public consultation about a method for measuring the price of mobile calling services.

In this document, ARCEP describes a method for measuring the price of mobile calling services. This method was established in tandem with stakeholders, both the authors of previous efforts to measure the price of these services and operators in mainland France (MNOs and MVNOs).

This document is available for download from the ARCEP website. All remarks must be submitted to the Authority, preferably via e-mail to ipm(@)arcep.fr, by 5 p.m. on 27 September 2010. All comments received from the public will be taken into the utmost account.

An initial application of the method described in this document, and amended according to input received from stakeholders, will be the focus of a document that will be published once the public consultation has come to a close. It will concern the evolution of the price of mobile calling service over the past several years in Metropolitan France.
