ARCEP Chairman, Jean-Ludovic Silicani, met today with Sébastien Crozier, President of the France Telecom - Orange CFE-CGC and UNSA trade union confederations, at the latter's request
During the meeting, Jean-Ludovic Silicani detailed the coverage obligations to which Free Mobile is subject under the terms of the licence it was issued in January 2010, and the terms governing ARCEP's verification of this coverage.
He also underscored the distinction that needs to be made between these coverage obligations, which are monitored by ARCEP, and the terms and conditions contained in the roaming agreement between Free Mobile and Orange France.
