The Competition Authority has delivered its opinion on the draft decisions on fixed broadband and superfast broadband market analysis that ARCEP submitted to it in February.
Issuing a favourable response to the planned analysis, the Competition Authority has invited ARCEP to complete this round of its review within the initial timeframe, without waiting for the outcome of the investigation into the planned merger that is underway in the sector.
ARCEP will take this opinion and stakeholders' input into consideration when drafting the analysis that it will be submitting to the European Commission in the coming weeks.
