Autorité de régulation des télécommunications (ART) reminds candidates that the process for collecting and examining applications for 3rd generation mobile telephony licenses was defined in the Journal Officiel of 18 August 2000.
The next stage in this process is the submission of applications by 31 January at noon.
At that time, ART will examine the situation according to the number of applications effectively submitted.
