Frequency assignments in Guiana in the 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2.1 GHz bands, in Guadeloupe and in Martinique in the 1800 MHz and 2.1 GHz bands, in Saint Barthélemy and in Saint Martin in the 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2.1 GHz bands, in Réunion in the 1800 MHz and 2.1 GHz bands and in Mayotte in the 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2.1 GHz bands: results of the principal auctions

The principal auctions for assignment of frequencies in Guiana in the 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2.1 GHz bands, in Guadeloupe and in Martinique in the 1800 MHz and 2.1 GHz bands, in Saint Barthélemy and in Saint Martin in the 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2.1 GHz bands, in Réunion in the 1800 MHz and 2.1 GHz bands and in Mayotte in the 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2.1 GHz bands, were held on 17 December 2024.

As a reminder: having completed its examination of the applications, whose results Arcep published on 21 November 2024[1], the Authority was to determine the exact frequencies assigned to each winning candidate in Guiana in the 2.1 GHz band, in Réunion in the 2.1 GHz band and in Mayotte in the 1800 MHz and 2.1 GHz bands, as well as the quantities of spectrum in the 2.1 GHz band assigned in Guadeloupe and in Martinique, provided these procedures are brought to completion.

1. Results of the principal auctions for the assignment of frequency portfolios in the 900 MHz and 1800 MHz bands in Guiana as of 1 May 2025

The quantities of spectrum awarded through the assignment procedure for frequencies in the 900 MHz band in Guiana, provided this procedure is brough to completion, are as follows:

The quantities of spectrum awarded through the assignment procedure for frequencies in the 1800 MHz band in Guiana, provided this procedure is brough to completion, are as follows:

The next steps in the procedure w2ill serve to determine the position of the frequencies in the 900 MHz and 1800 MHz bands in Guiana as of 1 May 2025.

2. Results of the principal auctions for the assignment of frequency portfolios in 1800 MHz band in Guadeloupe and in Martinique as of 1 May 2025

The quantities of spectrum awarded through the assignment procedure for frequencies in the 1800 MHz band in Guadeloupe, provided this procedure is brough to completion, are as follows:

The quantities of spectrum awarded through the assignment procedure for frequencies in the 1800 MHz band in Martinique, provided this procedure is brough to completion, are as follows:

The next steps in the procedure will serve to determine the position of the frequencies in the 1800 MHz and 2.1 GHz bands in Guadeloupe and in Martinique as of 1 May 2025.

3. Results of the principal auctions for the assignment of frequencies in the 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2.1 GHz bands in Saint Barthélemy and in Saint Martin as of 1 May 2025

The quantities of spectrum awarded through the assignment procedure for frequencies in the 900 MHz band in Saint Barthélemy, provided this procedure is brough to completion, are as follows:

The quantities of spectrum awarded through the assignment procedure for frequencies in the 900 MHz band in Saint Martin, provided this procedure is brough to completion, are as follows:

The quantities of spectrum awarded through the assignment procedure for frequencies in the 1800 MHz band in Saint Barthélemy, provided this procedure is brough to completion, are as follows:

The quantities of spectrum awarded through the assignment procedure for frequencies in the 1800 MHz band in Saint Martin, provided this procedure is brough to completion, are as follows:

The quantities of spectrum awarded through the assignment procedure for frequencies in the 2.1 GHz band in Saint Barthélemy, provided this procedure is brough to completion, are as follows:

The quantities of spectrum awarded through the assignment procedure for frequencies in the 2.1 GHz band in Saint Martin, provided this procedure is brough to completion, are as follows:

In the 2.1 GHz band in Saint Martin, no winning candidates were able to be determined for portfolios Nos. 3 and 4, as two combinations had an equivalent bid. In accordance with the assignment rules set forth in Arcep Decision No. 2024-1367, a draw will take place in the coming weeks to decide between these two combinations. Arcep will publish the results of that draw.

Once this draw has taken place, the next steps in the procedure will serve to determine the position of the frequencies in the 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2.1 GHz bands in Saint Barthélemy and in Saint Martin as of 1 May 2025.

4. Results of the principal auctions for the assignment of frequencies in the 1800 MHz band in Réunion as of 1 May 2025

The quantities of spectrum awarded through the assignment procedure for frequencies in the 1800 MHz band in Réunion, provided this procedure is brough to completion, are as follows:

The next steps in the procedure will serve to determine the position of the frequencies in the 1800 MHz band in Réunion as of 1 May 2025.

5. Results of the principal auctions for assignment of frequencies in the 900 MHz band in Mayotte as of 1 May 2025

The quantities of spectrum awarded through the assignment procedure for frequencies in the 900 MHz band in Mayotte, provided this procedure is brough to completion, are as follows:

The next steps in the procedure will serve to determine the position of the frequencies in the 900 MHz band in Mayotte as of 1 May 2025.
